Shipments and deliveries take place only on business days.

- Italy: 2-3 business days, once the orde is shipped. Shipping cost: Free
- Europe: 2-3 business days, once the orde is shipped. Shipping cost: 25,00€, free for. Order over 300,00€
- Extra UE: 3-4 business days, once the orde is shipped. Shipping cost: 45,00€
- America: 3-4 business days, once the orde is shipped. Shipping cost: 60,00€
- Asia: 3-4 business days, once the orde is shipped. Shipping cost: 60,00€
- America: 3-4 business days, once the orde is shipped. Shipping cost: 60,00€
- Australia and New Zealand: 3-4 business days, once the orde is shipped. Shipping cost: 60,00€
- In all countries not mentioned: 3-4 business days, once the orde is shipped. Shipping cost: 60,00€
Please consider, that we do not take responsibility for any delays caused by destination clearance processes.
Returns
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Wee kindly remind you that bespoke and/or personalized items are not-refundable.
A refund will be issued within 14 business days, after the order is received by Biagini warehouse and alla quality inspections are cleared. Please note that after the refund is processed, it will take between 3-10 business days to receive it, according to client’s bank institution.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@antonybiagini.it .
The client will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

RETURN PROCESS:
Send an email to info@antonybiagini.it to request a refund and explain the problem you have and the reason why you would like to proceed with the return.
After receiving a response from our customer service, you can send the product in the same condition in which you received it and in the original packaging to:
